Today I'll be sharing how to create this burgundy and gold eyeshadow tutorial. It's pretty easy to apply and is a fun color combination to wear!

Prime your eyes and add a base shadow. I am using Mac Painterly Paint Pot and Mac Blanc Type.

Add some depth with Makeup Geek Barcelona Beach (matte, medium taupe) to the crease, then blendupwards once you have less product on your brush. I also run a touch on the outer corner of my lower lash line. I used a Sigma E38 Diffused Crease to apply and blend.

Next apply Makeup Geek Bitten (matte, burgundy red) all over the lid. I am using a Mac 242 to apply with a patting motion.

Now start blending the Bitten shadow up into the crease. I use small circles to blend and a Sigma 25 Blending brush.

Here's another photo so you can see the shape I blended. I blended it upwards and just over the crease so it is still visible when my eyes are open.

Now apply some Makeup Geek Fortune Teller (metalic, yellow gold) all along the lower lash line. I use a Sigma E30 Pencil to apply.

Add some liner and add a wing if you feel like it. I went for winged eyeliner and I used the Kat Von D Trooper liner. I also added a highlight to the inner corner in this step.

Add some mascara and lashes if you want and you've completed the look. I am wearing Velour Lashes in You Complete Me

I hope you liked this look. It's a nice way to get some cranberry colors into the warmer months and it's a fun contrast to wear. Let me know if you're going to try this out in the comments below and what you'd like to see next!
